How to Request Data Deletion

If you are a Holly user and would like to request deletion of your personal data, please email us at support@shiftrx.io with the subject line: "Data Deletion Request."

Please include the following in your message:

• The phone number or email address associated with your account

• A brief description of the data you’d like deleted (or a request for full deletion of all personal data)

We will process your request and confirm deletion within 30 days of receiving a verifiable request.

What Data We Delete

Upon a verified deletion request, we will delete:

• Your contact information: name, phone number, email address

• Scheduling data: preferences, availability settings, and shift history associated with your account

• Communications: messages or interactions submitted through WhatsApp, SMS, or other channels in connection with your account

Some data may be retained where required by law or legitimate business purposes (e.g., records required for tax, legal, compliance, or audit purposes, or data necessary to resolve active disputes). Aggregated and anonymized data derived from your usage — which cannot identify you — may be retained in accordance with our standard data practices. 

Employer-Initiated Deletion

If your employer (our direct customer) terminates its agreement with ShiftRx, all personal data associated with that employer’s account will be returned to the employer or deleted within 30 days, at the employer’s election, unless retention is required by applicable law.

 Identity Verification

To protect your privacy and security, we may need to verify your identity before processing a deletion request. We may ask you to confirm identifying information associated with your account (such as your registered phone number or email address). Any information collected for verification purposes will be used solely for that purpose.

Additional Rights for California Residents

California residents have additional deletion rights under the CCPA, including the right to request that we direct our service providers and contractors to delete your personal information from their records. See Section 7 of the Privacy Policy (Part 1 above) for the full description of your CCPA rights and any applicable exceptions.
