How to Request Data Deletion
If you are a Holly user and would like to request deletion of your personal data, please email us at support@shiftrx.io with the subject line: "Data Deletion Request."
Include the following in your message:
The phone number or email address associated with your account
A brief description of the data you'd like deleted (or request full deletion)
We will process your request within 30 days and confirm once your data has been removed.
What Data We Delete
Upon request, we will delete:
Your contact information (name, phone number, email)
Scheduling preferences and shift history associated with your account
Any messages or interactions submitted through WhatsApp or SMS
Note: Some data may be retained where required by law or legitimate business purposes (e.g., records required for tax or compliance purposes). Aggregated and anonymized data derived from your usage — which cannot identify you — may be retained per our standard data practices.
