How can we trust Holly to do our clinical scheduling?
Holly learns your healthcare org's unique workflow, historical scheduling patterns, rules, constraints, SOPs, and compliance standards. She takes all these things into account when generating and managing a staff schedule. We utilize several of the Large Language Models (LLMs) as the interface of Holly, and have natively built our own optimizing logic. She double checks every decision before she makes it. You'll be hands on (human-in-the-loop review) with her at the beginning, and just like a new hire, she begins to train on your workforce and gets smarter over time.
How does Holly know who to put where, and when?
During onboarding, we collect information from you about your enterprise's workforce. Historical schedules, staff roster, staff type, licenses and certifications held, etc. Holly won't generate or approve a schedule that puts someone in a shift they aren't qualified for. She also tracks expiration dates proactively and reminds staff when it's time to update those, so they aren't at risk of being pulled off the schedule.
Does Holly integrate?
Holly connects bidirectionally with the major HCM, payroll, and scheduling systems. Holly onboarding and implementation typically goes live within a few weeks, and with minimal IT lift.
